Bookeeping should be easy.

Don't let your accountant make it complicated!

The IT revolution should have made basic bookeeping really simple for small business. We help implement a simple system of basic bookeeping tailored to your requirements using whatever systems you are most comfortable with.

We agree and help you implement the basic system. You, or your staff, run it day to day and we keep an eye on things using remote IT connections without the need to make frequent visits. We help you run reports, get accounts information out and create business plans and budgets as you require.

Tolgus Peck - Small Business Accountancy.

Cornwall

Qualified accountancy and IT support to SME businesses in the South West. After an intial no obligation on-site visit to appreciate the needs of your business and help set up or adapt your systems, we then aim to work off-site as much as possible using remote access IT to support your staff and reserve site visits for when they are truly worthwhile. We can use conference calling with remote screen displays to hold effective consultation meetings at minimal cost and maximum convenience to you.

We specialise in helping companies computerise their bookeeping systems and getting the best financial information out of existing IT and computers systems. We can advise and support Sage, Quick Books, MYOB, TAS Books and many more including online solutions. We can set-up systems, sort out problems with existing systems and offer data input catch up / reconciliation if things seem to have got behind.

There are two types of Accounting Systems for SME's:
- "simplified" that try to avoid accountancy knowledge (but provide limited useful information and do not suit many industries)
- "fully featured" with more potential to support financial control (but require more time and expertise)

There are many further issues to be considered such as stock control options, payroll and integration with other systems and support. We quickly guide you through the alternatives that suit your business.
