How do you record it? Well pretty much how you like as long as there is a consistent sensible way of recording it. It can be on a spreadsheet or in a proper accounts system. There needs to be some structure to it so we will either set it up for you, or advise on what you use already. For new starts we can provide a spreadsheet system to use or recommend an accounts package if you prefer or we think it would suit you better.
We will keep your data processed so you can view the information you need when you need it. We can do this by remote access to your PC, or we can exchange files by email. You remain in control of everything. Your accounts information is kept up to date.
